IT Program Management


Windgap is a not for profit organisation providing services - including supported employment, supported accommodation, training, community access and community participation - to over 120 people with intellectual disabilities,.


One of Windgap’s strategic objectives was the deployment of a Digital Platform with corresponding initiatives relating to business applications, a website and an intranet.


Software applications have been purchased - to support customer management, financial management, risk management, document management and human resources management - but had not been implemented or deployed into operations.


BusinesSPM developed and managed an overarching program plan for the implementation and integration of all applications and the launch of a new website.
