Assess-Activate-Accelerate Procedure
- Assess: Develop a sound understanding of the situation - Identify an opportunity and assess current performance and the gap between desired and actual performance
- Activate: Build the capability to address the performance gap - this may need different/more people and skills, more resources and equipment and/or more information
- Accelerate: Apply capability to the understood situation.
